Forget-me-nots

Recently I've been thinking of a certain flower called forget-me-nots. They are so beautiful yet one of the most forgotten flowers...In recent since the forget-me-nots are tiny with 5 flower petals... there are five things that I should remember... but I have also found a few others on my own that I should Forget Not...

Forget Not...

To love others,
To share happiness,
To have time for family,
To enjoy the small blessings,
To say Thank You or Please,
And many more.

If any of you have some please just think of them and I hope they will help you to move on if you are having a hard time. I also hope they may bring you at least a little bit of happiness. Along with this post I will be adding a picture of these little flowers... just so y'all can remember. :D

Angel Parents

I know those parents who have lost children may be saddened... but I know that they are definitely angel parents for they have their kids in heaven watching over them and all the other siblings that they may have. Although I haven't become a parent yet I still understand the loss of children by watching my sister-in-law lose her first baby girl full term...and my own parents lost their first son at 4 yrs of age. Everyone encounters loss but this is for the angel parents... cause they have their special children waiting for them in heaven and watching over them and maybe their other siblings. So for all those angel parents out there I say thank you for everything you've done even if you have a sweet child in heaven you still are a parent at heart and nothing can ever change that. :D I also pray for the safety of the next child you all have for they are precious too and will definitely need your love even if you lose them you'll still have that angel child watch over you. :D  Thanks for everything angel parents. :D

Honesty

Haven't you ever felt that when you tell the truth... other people don't believe you? I have many times this week have felt that... and at times has even made me cry.... sometimes I think "Why don't they believe me?" other times"Why does it have to be like this?" "Why does he not seem to trust me?" and it hurts.... a lot.... We get into arguments and things and I know he thinks he is doing the best to try to help me... and I also know he cares for me even though some of the things he says hurts. But again.... even honesty said is sometimes not believed. And with this I speak the honest truth. Honesty is a good thing to have but when the honesty isn't believed I've learned that trust can be easily broken.... so just be careful with what you say even if it is the honest truth for even then the double edged sword of words can still harm you.

Prayers

Everyone has need of prayers. As I look through life I have often felt the prayers of others and now I wonder what prayers have I said for others. I have prayed for many things recently... the health of a friend, the happiness for another. I found a poem that represents much on this subject so I'm just going to leave it here for everyone to enjoy... and if you have anything you feel you have prayed for or have just felt prayers answered in anyway please share. :D I know that I have had many of my prayers answered... anywho here's the poem.

We pray for children

who bring us sticky kisses and a fistful of dandelions,

who sleep with the dog and bury goldfish,

who hug us in a hurry and forget their lunch money,

who cover themselves with band-aids and sing off-key,

who slurp their soup.

And we pray for those

who never get dessert,

who have no safe blanket to drag behind them,

who can't find bread to steal,

who don't have any room to clean up,

whose pictures aren't on anybody's dresser,

whose monsters are real.
